摘　　要：中国已从计划的封闭经济走向开放的市场经济,这要求经济增长的模式由完全的内部调节转向适应世界经济体系变化的内外兼顾调节。通过外商直接投资来探讨货币政策对经济增长的外部直接传导机制及财政政策牵动内资和净出口的间接传导机制,可以得出有效的外资管理政策建议。With China＇s transmission from planned closed economy to open market economy, it is required that the mode of economic growth change from wholly inside regulation to inside and outside regulation in view of the changes of global economy system. Through foreign direct investment, this paper expounds the exterior direct trans- mission mechanism of monetary policy on economic growth and the indirect transmission mechanism of fiscal pol- icy through affecting domestic capital and net export, and then provides policy suggestion about effective foreign capital management.
