摘　　要：分析了近年钢铁企业质量管理创新工作;阐述了在质量管理模式、质量管理组织机构、质量信息化管理、质量管理制度和质量改进管理等方面的创新;表明了企业从消极适应市场转向树立积极求变创新、推行现代化管理方法、提高精细化管理执行力、激励员工追求卓越绩效的管理理念;提出了质量领先是企业在激烈市场竞争中获胜的关键,质量管理的不断创新是企业可持续发展的有力措施。The innovation of quality control in iron and steel enterprises was analyzed. The innovations were introduced on the quality control model, the quality control organization, the quality information control, the quality control system and the improved quality control. The managerial concept was showed in inversion of actively innovations from negatively adapting market, the advanced managerial methods impelling actively, execution level improving of fine management and being motived the worker＇s advancing efficiency. Quality precede extraction was the most important that the enterprise succeed in the market competition, the innovation of quality control is the favorable measures of the enterprise sustained development.
