摘　　要：建立了板坯凝固数学模型且采取坯龄模型实现动态配水;通过模拟拉速的变化,说明了用于校正有效拉速的速度权重,以及根据目标温度来校正冷却水对坯龄模型的必要性;编制了动态与静态结合的配水系统软件并应用于现场;评价了动态配水的效果。A residence time model was developed to implement dynamic secondary cooling. It was found by simula- ting speed change that a parameter is needed to modify the effective speed and water flow needs to be adjusted based on the target surface temperature. Finally, a dynamic and static secondary cooling control system was founded, applied and evaluated.
