摘 要:采用多孔介质模型描述流体在透气砖内的流动,并结合欧拉两流体模型描述容器内的气液两相流动,以底吹中间包为例,采用数学模拟的方法,研究了多孔介质模型对气泡逃逸速度及中间包内流体流动特性计算结果的影响。结果表明,不采用多孔介质模型计算的气泡的逃逸速度比采用多孔介质模型大,且随着底吹流量的增加,偏差加大。由于气泡进入钢液的初始速度的差异使中间包内钢液的流场不同,不采用多孔介质模型时对中间包内停留时间的计算偏长。水模实验研究表明,采用多孔介质模型描述流体在透气砖内的流动与实验结果更吻合。Bottom blowing is an effective technique of super clean steelmaking and has been widely adopted all over the world. Adopting porous media model to describe the gas flow through the porous plug and tundish with bottomblowing as an example, the effect of porous media model on calculated results Of bubblers escape velocity and fluid flow in the tundish were analysed by mathematical modeling. The results show that when the porous media model is not used, the calculated escape velocity of bubbles is larger, and the difference becomes larger with increasing the gas flow rate. The fluid fields were simulated by two different models for gas flow in the porous plugs because the escape velocities of bubbles were different. The residence time of fluid in the tundish were more than that of using porous media model. At last, the validity of porous media model for gas flowing in the porous plugs was verified by water modeling.
