摘  要:研究了经常化处理的无取向硅钢[w(Si)=3%]异步冷轧织构随形变量的变化。结果表明,异步冷轧织构随形变量的变化而发生改变,快慢辊侧的织构类型不变,但强度有所不同;随形变量增加,冷轧织构组分逐渐向α织构和γ织构组分聚集;高斯织构{110}<001>组分逐渐减少,反高斯{001}<110>织构组分逐渐增强;{111}<110>织构组分出现最大值;当压下率达到84%时,出现了较强的{001}<120>织构组分。The asynchronous cold-rolled texture evolution with the degree of deformation was investigated for nonoriented silicon electric steel after normal treatment. The asynchronous cold-rolled texture changes with the magnitude of deformation. No texture type change was observed along slow and fast roller side, but the intensity is different. Under cold rolling process, the texture converges to α and γ texture with the increase of compressive deformation. The intensity of Goss texture { 110 }〈001〉 gradually decreased and the anti-Goss texture { 001 } 〈 110〉 gradually increased. A maximum intensity of { 111} 〈110〉 was observed during the cold rolling process. A strong texture of { 001 } 〈 120〉 appeared when the compressive deformation reached 84 %.
