摘 要:目的了解导弹部队官兵的心理健康状况,为有效制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对2 167名导弹部队官兵进行心理测评。结果(1)导弹部队官兵心理问题发生率为14.0%,较严重的心理问题为6.5%,主要表现在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、偏执、躯体化及敌对因子上。导弹部队官兵SCL-90各因子分明显低于中国军人常模,多数因子低于地方常模。(2)不同军龄组、年龄组、文化程度的导弹部队官兵SCL-90比较显示,军龄≤1年者心理问题较多;随年龄增加,心理健康状况相对较好;小学及大学学历者心理健康状况较中学学历者好。结论导弹部队官兵整体心理健康状况良好,但也存在一定的心理问题,有必要对重点人群进行早期干预。Objective: To understand the state of mental health of the servicemen in missile troops, so as to provide the basis for making up effective intervention. Methods The mental health of 2 167 military personnels from missile troops was evaluated by Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results (1)14.0% of the military personnels in the missile troops had various mental health problems, 6.5 % of them had rather serious mental health problems. Obsessive compulsive, interpersonal relationship, depression, paranoid ideation, somatization and hostility were the main positive factors of the checklist. All the factor scores of SCL-90 of these people were obviously lower than Chinese military norm, and most of the factors were lower than the civilian norm. (2)The factor scores of SCL-90 related to length of military service, age and education level were analyzed. It showed that subjects whose length of military service ≤1 year had more mental problems than the others, with the increase in age the mental health state of the servicemen became better; those who had primary school or college educational levels had better mental health state than those with secondary school levels. Conclusion The mental health of military personnels from missile troops are good as a whole, but also have some mental problems. Early psychological interventions is necessary for those with poor mental health level.
