摘 要:以铁路用弹簧钢60Si2CrVAT为研究对象,通过工业控轧控冷试验,采用光学、电子显微技术和力学分析等方法,系统研究了在不同终轧温度下热轧态的组织结构以及对其热处理后组织性能的影响。试验结果表明:热处理工艺对弹簧钢强韧性的提高是以保证热轧材组织结构均匀细小为前提的。随着终轧温度的降低,热轧材组织得到细化,索氏体含量提高。在相同的热处理工艺下,终轧温度为890℃的弹簧钢60Si2CrVAT棒材的综合力学性能明显高于终轧温度为970℃:其抗拉强度提高了190 MPa,屈服强度提高了200 MPa,伸长率提高了1.8%,面缩率提高了3.9%,冲击韧性提高了4 J/cm2。By using controlled rolling and cooling, optical and electron microscopy observation, mechanical test etc, the microstructure of hot-rolled 60Si2CrVAT rolled with different finishing rolling temperature, and the effect of hot rolled structure on the microstructure and properties of heat treated products were studied. The results show that, the improvement in properties through heat treatment is based on homogenized and super-fine microstructure of hot- rolled products. With the decrease of finishing rolling temperature, the grain size is refined apparently and the contents of sorbite is increased. Comparing the bars rolled with a finishing rolling temperature of 970 ℃ the bars rolled with a finishing rolling temperature of 890 ℃ are better in terms of mechanical properties, namely, the tensile strength is increased by 190 MPa, the yield strength by 200 MPa, the elongation by 1.8%, the reduction of area by 3.9%, and toughness by 4 J/cm^2.
