白云鄂博铁矿粉的特性及其合理使用技术的研究

摘　　要：白云鄂博铁矿粉是包钢炼铁的主要含铁原料,其主要来自2类矿体,而不同矿体又因选矿方法的不同,存在一系列中间产物。以这些白云鄂博系列铁矿粉为考察对象,研究其化学成分、粒度组成、矿物类型及高温造块特性,并探讨合理使用白云鄂博系列铁矿粉的相关技术原则,为包钢优化矿山产品结构以及改善烧结矿、球团矿产品质量提供技术支持。Baiyunebo iron ores from two different ore bodies are main raw material for Baotou I＆R Co.. For these ores, the chemical composition was analyzed, size distribution was measured, mineral type and agglomeration characteristic at high temperature were studied. The rational technique for optimizing product structure of mine and improving the quality of sinters and pellets is suggested.
