Effect of Secondary Cold Rolling Reduction Rate on Magnetic Properties and Texture of Thin Non-Oriented Electrical Steel Sheets

摘  要:研究了二次冷轧压下率对无取向硅钢薄带磁性能和织构的影响,结果表明:采用二次冷轧工艺时,55%左右的二次冷轧压下率能够获得磁性能优良的0.2 mm厚无取向硅钢薄带。当二次冷轧压下率高于55%后,成品钢带中对磁性能不利的γ织构组分比例逐渐增强,特别是{111}<112>、{111}<110>织构。采用55%左右的二次冷轧压下率制造能获得{100}面织构和高斯织构比例都较高的产品,其铁损P1.0/400能够降低到10.6 W/kg,同时磁感B50能达到1.68 T。The effect of cold rolling reduction rate on magnetic properties and texture of thin non-oriented electrical steel sheets were researched. The results showed that thin non-oriented electrical steel sheets with better magnetic properties could be produced with 55M reduction rate of secondary cold rolling. The portion of unfavorable γ-texture components, especially {111}〈112〉 and {111}〈110〉 was increased when the rate of secondary cold rolling reduction was higher than 55 M. The thin non-oriented electrical steel sheets manufactured with a rate of secondary cold rolling reduction of 55M had more {100} and Goss texture,and of which P1.0/400 could be reduced to 10.6 W/kg and B50 could reach to 1.68 T.
