摘 要:研究了体系组成对光固化有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(Polysiloxane isophorone urethane acrylate,PSIUA)体系的耐水性、体积收缩、硬度、附着力、耐溶剂性及机械性能的影响。研究发现,含羟基及醚键的活性单体会使体系吸水率上升;随着体系交联度增加,吸水率下降。PSIUA体系体积收缩率随PSIUA含量的增加而下降,所研究的PSIUA体系的体积收缩率均小于10%。加入三官能团单体和具有刚性结构、交联度较大的的环氧丙烯酸酯有利于提高体系的硬度。加入适量的含羟基的活性单体及环氧丙烯酸酯可以提高PSIUA光固化膜的附着力。测得PSIUA体系的玻璃化转变温度为246.0℃。The effect of composition of PSIUA system on physical and mechanical properties of UV curing silicone (PSIUA) materials including water resistance, volume shrinkage, hardness, adhesion and chemical resistance, has been studied in this paper. The results show that reactive monomers with hydroxyl and ether bonding could increase water absorption of the PSIUA system. And the water absorption of the PSIUA system decreases with increment of crosslinking yields. The volume shrinkage of the PSIUA system decreases with increment of PSIUA concentration in the system and the volume shrinkage of investigated PSIUA systems is lower than 10%. Trifunctional monomer and epoxy acrylate with rigid structure and higher crosslinking yield could improve hardness of PSIUA system. Addition of the monomers with hydroxy and epoxy acrylate could enhance adhesion of PSIUA system. Glass transition temperature of PSIUA system has been determined to be 246.0℃.
