摘 要:以天然橡胶(Natural rubber,NR)为基材,采用γ射线辐射技术对其进行辐照预硫化,研究了三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(Trimethylopropane trimethylacrylate,TMPTMA)和三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯(Triallyl isocyanurated,TAIC)两种多官能团不饱和单体(Polyfunctional unsaturated monomers,PFM)对NR辐射预硫化的敏化效应。辐射预硫化效果以NR的交联度(1/Mc)和格林强度进行评价,结果表明,在0~100kGy剂量范围内,TMPTMA对NR的辐射预硫化有较好的促进作用,TAIC的辐射敏化效果则不明显;NR/TMPTMA敏化体系的交联度和格林强度随辐照吸收剂量的增加而提高,使NR的辐射预硫化效率获得优化;同时,适当增加TMPTMA的用量可提高NR的交联度和格林强度。Natural rubber (NR)can be precured by γ-rays irradiation. In this paper sensitizing efficiency of two polyfunctional unsaturated monomers (PFM), Trimethylopropane trimethylacrylate (TMPTMA) and TriaUyl isocyanurated, on irradiation precuring of NR was studied. The effects of irradiation precuring were evaluated by the crosslinking degree (1/Me) and Green strength of NR. The results show that TMPTMA is efficient to irradiation precuring of NR. However, the effects of TAlC is less efficient on irradiation precuring of NR at 0-100kGy. It has been found that the crosslinking degree and Green strength of NR/TMPTMA can be enhenced with the increment both of absorbed dose and TMPTMA content.
