摘  要:采用将钛酸四正丁酯直接水解于碘酸溶液的方法制备了碘掺杂的二氧化钛,利用拉曼光谱研究了掺杂前后二氧化钛的相变过程和表面结构,探讨了不同的焙烧温度、碘的掺杂以及碘掺杂量对二氧化钛拉曼光谱的强度、峰位和峰宽的影响。拉曼光谱测试表明,碘掺杂能使金红石相的二氧化钛在较低的温度下形成,并且能有效的抑制晶粒的生长,导致拉曼光谱强度减弱,峰位蓝移且宽化,使表面氧空位增加。Iodine -doped TiO2 were prepared by direct hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate in iodic acid solution. Raman spectroscopy was applied to analyze the phase transition of these samples. The frequency, intensity and bandwidth of TiO2 Raman spectroscopy caused by different calcining conditions, iodine - doped, and doped concentration were discussed. The experimental results show that, attributed to iodine doping, the crystal of Rutile could formed at much lower temperature, and growth of TiO2 crystal size were inhabited. Raman peaks of TiO2 were broaden, shifted to blue and decreased in intensity. More surface oxygen vacancies were created.
