摘　　要：在分析微型热管的功能、技术要求及其加工工艺的基础上,设计了微型热管犁削—拔拉用成型刀具。该刀具采用高速钢材料,具有定位装夹方便、加工的热管直径尺寸稳定等优点。A profiled cutter for extrusion-ploughing and drawing used in making micro heat pipe was designed based on the analyses of the function, technical specification and machining process of the micro heat pipe. The new designed cutter was characteried with easy location and fixture, it made the micro heat pipes remains dimensional stability. High-speed steel is selected for the cutter material.
