摘  要:通过建立铝合金电阻点焊过程的有限元分析模型,模拟了电阻点焊过程温度场的变化情况,揭示了铝合金点焊过程中的熔核产生、形成及长大过程,对在热载荷和电极压力作用下焊点残余应力的分布情况分别进行分析,并使用X射线衍射法测量了不同电极压力及持压时间下焊点的残余应力大小,比较表明,计算结果与试验结果相符,证实了铝合金点焊残余应力的有限元模拟的正确性和适用性。A finite element analysis model was established for resistance spot welding of aluminum alloys. It simulated variety of the temperature field of nugget during welding and showed the course of nugget generated, formed and grown. The residual stress of welding spot was analyzed in electrode pressure force and in heat load respectively. At the same time, residual stress was measured by X-ray diffraction. By comparising, it was found that the calculated and experimentally measured results agreed with each other very well, which validated the correctness and suitability of the finite element analysis model in modeling the residual stress in the spot welding of aluminum alloys.
