摘 要:采用数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)设计了移相调功感应钎焊电源控制系统。其中,DSPTMS320LF2407A主要根据电压反馈实时修改PWM方波脉冲的输出频率;其硬件本身还提供独立于频率的死区时间,根据需要可灵活设置。DSP根据电流反馈通过恒流PID算法确定移相角数字量,再传送给CPLDEPM7128AE,由CPLD实现PWM波形的高精度移相。该电路简单,设计灵活,控制精度高。仿真和试验结果验证了系统设计的实用性和有效性。The control system of phase-shifted power-regulating induction brazing power supply has been designed by using the DSP (digital signal processor) and CPLD(complex programmable logic device). DSP TM320LF2407A was used to revise PWM pulse according to voltage feedback and provide a dead-band time independent of the operation frequency. The dead-band time can be set conveniently according to practical demand. DSP defined digital number of phase-shifting angle through constant-current PID algorithm according to current feedback, which was transmitted to CPLD EPM7128AE. CPLD was adopted to realize high precision phase-shifting of PWM waveform. This control scheme took advantages of simple hardware design and software flexibility, and its precision was very high. Both the experiment and simulation results have verified the practicality and validity of the design.
