摘　　要：文章在对我国高校实验室管理机构现状分析的基础上,结合中山大学多年的管理实践,探讨了高校实验室主管部门的定位和作用。提出高校实验室主管部门应准确定位,明确职责,理顺各方关系、及时更新管理理念、管理知识、管理模式与方法,切实提高实验室建设与管理水平。Based on the analysis of situation of laboratory management organization, this article, summarized the experi- ence of management practice in our university and explored the orientation and function of laboratory administration organization. It is concluded that the precise orientation, definite responsibility, harmonious relations between the all parts, updating management conception, management knowledge and management mode in time can help to achieve the improvement of laboratory canstruction and management.
