我国男子排球队阵容配备构想

摘　　要：我国男子排球队长期以来一直沿用着传统的"五一"配备,近年来在国际比赛中战绩不尽如人意。经查阅相关资料和分析论证认为:我国男排进攻战术运用简单、陈旧、无特点,与世界强队对抗无优势可言;我国男排成绩要想突破,尤其在2008北京奥运会上打出好的名次,就必须更新传统理念,有创新技战术运用;改阵容配备为"四二"配备,有利于我国男排进攻体系向多元化方向发展。Men＇ s volleyball team of China has long been using the traditional ＂5 - 1＂ system in recent years with unsatisfactory record in international competitions. With relevant information and analysis, it demonstrated that the volleyball offensive tactics are simple, outdated, no features, and no world advantage at all against strong teams in the world. To break through China＇s volleyball results, particularly in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it is necessary to update the traditional concepts and innovative technical and tactical application. Through conducive to China＇s volleyball offensive analysis and comparison, the proposed change for the team with ＂4 - 2＂ system is system to develop in the direction of diversification.
