阻燃中密度纤维板阻燃特性的研究

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜、氧指数测试仪、热重分析仪等仪器对采用了BL阻燃剂的中密度纤维板进行阻燃性能分析。结果表明:BL阻燃剂具有阻燃效果好、抑烟性、使用方便等优点,是一种优良的氮磷系膨胀型阻燃剂。压制的中密度纤维板,阻燃剂能均匀分布在纤维之间,燃烧时能促使纤维炭化,有效抑制燃烧。纤维板物理力学性能满足中密度纤维板优等品要求,阻燃效果明显,重量损失率低,燃烧失重率在7%以下,氧指数达到了难燃级48%的要求。Analsysis on retardant properties of fire-retardant medium density fiberboard（MDF） used BL fire retardant chemical scanning electron microscope, oxygen index instrument, thermogravimetry analyser showed that BL fire retardant chemical was an excellent kind of P-N retardant with advantages such as effective fire retardant and smoke suppressant, easy to operate. Even distribution of the chemical among fibres during pressing could promote carbonization of the board and effectively retard combustion. The physical and mechanical quality of the board could meet national standard for excellent board. The board had obvious fire-retardant effect, and low weight loss rate which was about 6%, oxygen index was about 50%.
