摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的方位铰链。根据该方位铰链的结构特点,分析了其故障现象,对电讯部分技术参数进行了修改,对结构工艺进行了优化设计,并对装配过程的质量控制提出了较高的要求。A new type of bearing hinge is presented. According to the structural characteristics of the bearing, the fault symptoms are analyzed, some of technical parameters of the telecommunication part are modified, and the optimized design is carried out for the structural technologies. Besides, higher requirement is proposed on the quality control of the installation process.
