摘  要:目的使用Fhotoshop软件技术,观察研究面颈部肿大淋巴结的图像纹理空间分布特征表现,以提高超声诊断能力。方法将超声获取的图像组织,再经Fhotoshop技术色彩变换和变换后小波系数与图像局部特征的对应关系进行分析:即行细节按列排序,列细节按行排序,对角线细节按斜Z排序。结果通过对面颈部肿大淋巴结的图像测定和小波技术分析,提供了频谱数据及图像的纹理分析信息,获取了病灶区域与正常组织纹理定量的数据描述。结论小波分析技术为临床诊断面颈部肿大淋巴结提供了分辨和分析病灶性质、程度的可靠依据。Objective To investigate the spacial distribution of the image texture of the lymph node enlargements in face and neck by Photoshop software, so as to improve the ability in ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods The tissue images obtained by ultrasonic examination experienced color conversion with Photoshop, and the corresponding relation between the wavelet coefficient and the local image characteristic after conversion was then analyzed, i.e. the row details in line sequence, the line details in row sequence and the diagonal details in Z sequence. Results The frequency spectral data and the image texture information were provided with image detection and wavelet analysis of the lymph node enlargements in face and neck, as well as the quantitative data descriptions of the texture of the foci or the normal tissue. Conclusion Wavelet analysis provides with a reliable basis for the diagnosis of lymph node enlargements in face and neck, by which their focal character and degree can be differentiated and analyzed.
