摘　　要：简要介绍项目需求背景、嵌入式Modem模块MT5600的性能以及微控制器芯片LPC2214的特点。首先讲述整个系统的设计原理并分析系统的工作过程;其二给出系统硬件设计方案,讲述主要模块的功能和模块之间的连接;其三从通信双方Modem通讯的发起、建立、数据传输以及结束等几个阶段,详细描述整个通信的实现过程,同时给出系统软件设计流程和主程序代码。The background of the project and the Embedded Modem of MT5600, as well as the ARM chip LPC2214 is Introduced. Firstly, describe the system＇ s principle and analyze it＇ s Process; then, narrate the hardware＇ s precept, and the mainly modules＇ collection and their functions ; Finally, tell of the realization of the modem communication＇ s process in detail on base of the communication＇ s stage, such as the initialization, establishment, transmission, etc. It also gives the software＇ s flow chart and the main codes in the end.
