摘　　要：随着宽带接入的逐渐普及,宽带市场的争夺已经成为各大电信运营商的竞争焦点,如何为用户提供更加优质、低廉的宽带接入,以及在此基础上的多元化增值服务,已经成为各大电信运营商寻求新增点的重要途径。在这样的背景下,IP城域网的建设已经成为了国内外各级电信运营商的关注的焦点。分析MSTP技术,并从工程实践的角度,对城域网的接入层建设和规划提出指导性意见。最后,结合珠海移动的实际情况,提出城域网接入层发展建议。Along with the gradual popularization of broadband access service, the competition in broadband market has become a focus among most telecom enterprises. To provide users with high - quality and convenient broadband access, various value added services appear as crucial methods for the telecom enterprises to discover new increasing point. Consequently, the construction of IP metropolitan area network has attracts attention of telecom enterprises at any level, both at home and around the globe. This paper analyzes the MSTP technologies, and proposes guidance suggestion about programming and establishment of MAN access layer from the view of engineering practice. Combined with the actual situations of China Mobile in Zhuhai, develop the MAN access layer.
