摘　　要：结合山秀水电站工程的实际情况,介绍了电站永久建筑物施工期外部观测的观测内容、观测方法与技术要求、观测仪器的安装和埋设、及观测资料的整编、分析方法。Combined with the actual conditions of Shanxiu Hydropower project, the author introduced the external monitoring for the permanent structures during construction period, including the monitoring contents, methods, technical requirements, installation and embedment of monitoring apparatus, compiling of monitoring data and analysis methods.
