摘　　要：对一个设备寿命服从负指数分布,设备故障率与生产率有关的不可靠生产系统,建立了一个以计划生产时间、生产率和产品销售价格为决策变量的利润模型.并对给定生产率与产品销售价格,证明了目标函数的单峰性,求出了计划生产时间的上界与下界.In this paper,we consider a problem of economic manufacturing quantity and sell pricing for an unreliable production system where the machine lifetime is subject to exponential distribution, and the failure rate of the machine depends on the production rate. A profit model is formulated in which production uptime, production rate and sell pricing are treated as decision variables. Then, for given production rate and sell pricing,we show that the objective function is unimodal. Moreover, the up bound and low bound of production uptime are obtained, and the low bound is rather approximation to the optimal production uptime.
