基于H.323标准的视频会议系统中QoS技术的研究

摘　　要：针对实时多媒体应用对IP网络QoS的严格要求,着重分析了影响IP视频会议系统中QoS服务质量保证的因素,提出实现IP视频会议系统中QoS服务质量的具体措施和方法,并设计出一种基于源端的实时媒体流传输速率控制算法.最后讨论了为视频会议实施QoS应注意的其它问题,以及有待进一步研究的QoS技术.According to the strict requirement of IP network Quality of Service （QoS） of real - time multimedia application, this paper analyses profoundly the guarantee factors of QoS in IP video conference system, and several approaches are proposed to provide the QoS for IP video conference system. An algorithm of transmission rate control based on real -time media streaming in source is designed. Finally in order to implement QoS for video conference, some problems which should be paid attention to, as well as future research issues of QoS for video conference are discussed.
