摘  要:利用平板分离技术,从废纸造纸封闭循环废水处理的生物接触氧化池中筛选出优势的高效菌株,比较不同的氮源、pH、温度等生长因子条件下,高效菌对废水中有机污染物降解情况,并最终确定高效菌的最佳工作参数。Highly efficent aerobic strains were isolated from the sludge of a biological contact oxidation tank, which was used to treat wastewater of the closed circular regenerated papermaking, using plate screening techniques. The degradation of organic pollutants by the highly efficient aerobic strains under different temperature, pH and source of nitrogen were tested, and the optimum working parameters of the highly efficient aerobic strains were obtained finally.
