陕西二元经济结构的转化思路和转化机制

摘　　要：针对陕西省经济体系中存在的双重二元性结构,根据刘易斯的经典二元理论,提出"只有消除因多因素相互作用而形成的阻碍,才能顺利实现陕西二元经济转化"的思路。认为陕西二元经济结构的转化要从城乡产业结构的转化与升级着手,加快城市化进程,创新有关三农的各项制度,创建农村人力资本积累机制。Aiming at the double dual structure in economic system in Shaanxi, according to Lewis＇ dualistic economic growth theory, it is put forward that, only dispel the hindrance formed from the interaction of multiple factor, could realize the transforming of the dual economy of Shaanxi smoothly. It is considered that the transformation of dual economic structure in Shaanxi should be set about from the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of urban and rural areas; accelerating the urbanization process; innovating the systems about the matters concerned to the agriculture, the country, the peasants; and establishing the human capital accumulation mechanism of rural area.
