摘　　要：介绍了电子合同中意思表示电子化的特征及其对传统合同法中一些相关制度的冲击,阐述了电子意思表示的形式效力法律解决途径、电子意思表达的到达时间、电子意思表示的撤回与撤销等具体问题。The characteristics of electronic declaration of will in electronic contract are introduced, as well as the impact of it upon the relevant systems of traditional contract law. The validity and solving ways, the arrival time, the withdrawal and revocation of electronic declaration of will are expounded.
