摘 要:将碳纳米管进行改性,在其端口处修饰具有诱导活性的基团,将改性前后的碳纳米管分别作为诱导矿化的基质,制备了碳纳米管/羟基磷灰石复合材料,利用SEM和TEM的超微结构分析和FTIR技术,对以碳纳米管为基质进行诱导矿化所得到的产物进行了形貌及结构分析.结果表明,在单壁碳纳米管(SWNT)端口处修饰PO(OH)2-基团对钙离子具有强螯合作用,改性后的SWNT具有更好的HAP诱导能力.SWNT modified with functional groups was employed in simulating inducing in-vitro experiments and exhibited active inducing ability. SWNT and modified SWNT acted as the matrix for inducing mineralization and the composites of SWNT/HAP was prepared. Along with the micro-structural analyzing techniques such as SEM, TEM and FT-IR, the morphology and structural analysis of HAP induced by SWNT matrix was achieved. The results showed that since the --PO(OH)2 had strong chelating effect with Ca%^2+, the SWNT efficiently modified with -PO(OH)2 groups had better ability for inducing HAP.
