摘  要:目的探讨工作岗位满意度对士兵人格因素的影响,为科学士兵的岗位管理,塑造士兵群体的健康人格优势提供依据。方法Catell RB 16 Primary Factors(16PF)测评。结果岗位满意群体的"稳定性、恃强、有恒、敢为、幻想、实验、独立、自律性"8项人格因素显著优于岗位不满意群体(P≤0.05,P≤0.01);岗位不满意群体的"忧虑、紧张性"人格因素显著高于满意者群体(P≤0.01);岗位满意群体的"适应性、果断性"人格因素优于岗位不满意群体(P≤0.01);岗位满意群体的"心理健康、专业成就、创造能力、新环境成长能力"均显著优于岗位不满意群体(P≤0.05,P≤0.01)。结论岗位满意度与健康人格具有因果相关;岗位满意度与创造性人格具有同趋相关;岗位满意度与负性人格因素具有负相关。合理士兵工作岗位,强化军人使命教育,实施环境适应认知训练,有助于提升士兵的岗位工作满意度,继而提升士兵健康人格因素的优势水平。Objective To offer basis to scientifically manage soldiers' positions and to form soldiers' priority of healthy personality. Methods Catell RB's 16 Primary Factors (16PF) test. Results The group with higher degree of satisfaction has significantly higher score on factors of emotional stability,dominance,rule-consciousness,social boldness, abstractedness,openness to change, self-reliance,and perfectionism than the group with lower degree of satisfaction (P≤ 0. 05,P≤0. 01). The group with lower degree of satisfaction has higher score on personality factors of apprehension and tension than the group with higher degree of satisfaction (P≤0. 01 ). The group with higher degree of satisfaction has higher score on personality factors of adjustment and independence than the group with lower degree of satisfaction (P≤ 0. 01 ). The group with higher degree of satisfaction has higher score on personality factors of psychological health, professional achievement,innovation, and growth in new environment than the group with lower degree of satisfaction (P≤ 0. 05,P≤0. 01). Conclusion Degree of satisfaction with position and healthy personality has a causal relationship. Degree of satisfaction with position is positively related to creative personality. Degree of satisfaction with position is negatively related to negative personality factors. Allocating the position of soldiers rationally, enhancing the education of soldiers' responsibility,and implementing cognizing training on environment adaptation help to improve the degree of soldiers' satisfaetion of position,and consequently improve the priority of soldiers' healthy personality factors.
