摘 要:目的科学预计卫生运输船卫勤人员的配置数量,研究提高卫生运输船卫勤人员的利用效率。方法首先根据卫生运输船的伤员特点,确定每组室可能接受的伤员数,通过海上模拟演练,确定各组室人员的数量。结果开展100张床的卫生运输船,完成一次100名伤员救治后送任务,至少需要16名卫勤人员。结论方法符合卫生运输船伤员救治特点,提高了卫勤人员配置的合理性和科学性。Objective To scientifically estimate the quantity of the medical service staff deployed on medical transport ship and to explore how to make full use of medical resources. Methods The quantity of the wounded soldiers in each treatment region was estimated according to the wound characteristics. Service drilling was imitated to determine the number of the medical staff in each treatment region. Results At least 16 medical persons were needed for the medical transport ship to accept 100 wounded solidiers. Conclusion The presented method can estimate the number of the medical staff in accordance with characteristics of wound treatment on medical transport ship. It will promote the reasonable and scientific configuration of medical staff deployed on medical transport ship.
