摘 要:采用溶胶—凝胶法分别用草酸和苯甲酸为凝胶剂制得纳米WO3粉体。通过XRD,TEM等手段对粉体的粒度、晶体结构、形貌等进行了表征,探讨了煅烧温度、工作温度、气体体积分数及不同酸作凝胶剂对气敏性能的影响。结果表明:2种情况所得元件均对NO2有1000以上的灵敏度和较高的选择性,且苯甲酸做凝胶剂有较低的工作温度(125℃)和很快的响应时间(1 s),用草酸做凝胶剂时的恢复时间只有7 s。纳米WO3厚膜NO2传感器是一种实用前景良好的传感器。Nano powder tungsten oxide is prepared by using a sol-gel process with oxalic acid and benzoic acid as coagulator. Its size, microstructure and morphology are analyzed by XRD and TEM. The effects of roasting temperature , working temperature, gas volume fraction and different coagulator on gas sensing properties are also investigated. The results show that these sensors all have high sensitivity( about 1000) and satisfactory selectivity on NO2. It has lower working temperature(125 ℃ ) and quickly response time(1 s) when using benzoic acid as coagulator. And it has quickly recovery time(7 s) when using oxalic acid as coagulator. Nano WO3 thick film NO2 sensor is a good practical gas sensor.
