摘　　要：在总结现有的基于Ｘ５００的层次型和基于网络信息发现技术的自发型联邦形成方式的优缺点的基础上，提出了一种新的联邦形成方式和相应的联邦实现模型．它为交易者之间合作关系的形成及交易协议的实现提供了一个可行思路．它具有代价小、管理简单、人工干预少及满足ＯＤＰ所要求的自治性。This paper sumarizes the advantages and disadvantages about the federation establishment mechanims of the existing X500 based hierarchical model and the NIR based spontaneous model, and consequently proposes a new federation establishment method and its implementation model. The model provides a suitable way for the formation of cooperative relationships and the protocol implementation between traders with many advantages such as less cost,simpler administration, less human interference and both the autonomy and decentralization requested by ODP.
