摘 要:随着我国燃煤发电厂持续、快速的发展,其水力除灰造成水资源供需矛盾及其产生的环境和占用大量土地等问题日益突出。克服和解决水力除灰困难和问题最主要措施之一就是采用负压气力除灰系统。该文介绍燃煤电厂负压气力除灰的原理及特点,分析了金陵石化热电厂负压气力除灰系统的结构和以可编程控制器为核心部件的控制系统。经过3年的运行实践表明,该系统是先进的、可靠的,为高效、安全生产提供了技术保证。With the steady and rapid development of coal fired power plants, the weakness of usual water ash handling system has become more obvious for its water resource wasting, environment pollution and land occupation. It can be resolved by compressed air ash handling method. In this paper, a negative pressure air ash handling control system is introduced,which is installed in thermopower plant of Jinglin Petro Chemical Works. By analysing its structure principle and programmable controller based control strategy, as well as three years practice, shown it is that this system function is advanced and operation is reliable. It may guarantee the power production safe and high efficient.
