防治孕妇弓形虫感染降低出生缺陷率的研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究不同年龄孕妇与弓形虫感染情况的关系，降低出生缺陷率。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测弓形虫病IgM抗体，随机采3500名孕妇静脉血液，将孕妇按年龄、地区、接触动物否，进行统计学处理，并对IgM阳性和随机抽查IgM阴性的孕妇结局进行随访及统计比较。结果近期孕妇弓形虫抗体IgM阳性3．6％，随年龄增加有上升趋势，但3介年龄组间阳性率差异不显著（P〉0．05），来自农村孕妇阳性率高于市区孕妇，差异显著（P〈0．05），接触动物的阳性率明显高于不接触动物者（P〈0．01），阳性孕妇流产、早孕、死胎的发生率明显高于阴性孕妇（P〈0．005）。结论积极开展弓形虫病防治，对孕妇进行弓形虫IgM检查，常规进行产前超声筛查，及早诊断，早检出胎儿畸形，对降低出生缺陷有重要意义。Objective To discuss the relationship between the gravida from different age and toxoplasmosis infect, then reduced the rate of birth defect. Method To used the enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） for toxoplasmosis IgM antibody. 3500 patients veined blood, compare with the pregnant woman according to age, area, follow - up and statistics contacting an animal or not, being in progress counting comparison, and being in progress to IgM masculine gender and feminine random selective examination IgM gravida final. Result Gravida the near future arch form insect antibody IgM masculine gender 3.6% , follow age to increase by having an uptrend, but 3 age group masculine gender rates difference is not （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , come from rural area pregnant woman masculine gender rates notable higher than town＇s area gravida （P 〈0.05 ）, the masculine gender rates contacting an animal overtop P not contacting an animal obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）, The masculine gender pregnant woman aborts, early pregnancy , the stillborn foetus occurrence rate overtop the feminine gender gravida obviously, P is smaller than 0. 005 equally, suggest that the direction suggestion prevention and cure gravida toxoplasmosis infects, reduces the birth defect. Conclusion Prevention and cure carrying out the arch form parasitosis actively, IgM carrying out the arch form insect on the pregnant woman is examined, routine is carried out before delivery surpass the sound sieve check, diagnose at an early date, the morning inspects up out embryo deformity, the defect has importance to reducing birth.
