摘  要:本文实验证明,在四辊薄带轧机上,实行“单辊传动和异径轧制”方案是可行的.通过实验数据分析和比较,单辊传动异径轧制可降低轧制力21%~40%,保证了轧机受力零件的安全.通过增加压下率,减少轧制道次,可以提高轧机的生产率.The experiment has proved that it is possible to carry out single roll to drive and rolling with different diameter to roll on the four-high rolling mills of thin strip. The results given by the experiment also support the conclusion that the rolling force canbe reduced from 21 to 40 percentage, so that all the parts of the mills are more safe. The mills productions per hour can be increased by the means of increasing the redutions and reducing the rolling passes.
