鲜、干鱼腥草的药效学实验比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较鲜、干鱼腥草的药理活性。方法通过体外抑菌法实验,考察鲜、干鱼腥草的抑菌作用;二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症实验,观察鲜、干鱼腥草的抗炎作用;采用浓氨水诱导法引起的咳嗽实验,观察鲜、干鱼腥草的止咳作用。结果鱼腥草鲜、干药材的水提取物的大小剂量组和醇提物的大剂量组均有较好的抑菌、抗炎和止咳的作用,其中鲜品水提物大剂量组药效作用最优。结论鱼腥草鲜品抑菌、抗炎和止咳药理活性优于干品,水提物药理活性优于醇提物。Objective To compare the pharmacological effect of fresh and dry Houttuynia cordata Thunb.. Methods Experiment of bacteriostasis in vitro was carried out to observe the effect of fresh and dry extracts of Houttuynia cordata on the active of bacteriostasis. Experiment of inflammation caused by dimethyl benzene on the ear of mice was carried out to observe the effect on inflammation, Experiment of cough induced by strong aqua was carried out to observe the effect of stopping cough. Results Water and ethanol extracts of fresh/dry Houttuynia cordata had good bacteriostasis, stopping cough and anti - inflammation pharmacological action. Water extract of fresh Houttuynia cordata had better pharmacological action. Conclusion The fresh extract of Houttuynia cordata has better pharmacological activity than that of dry one. While the water extract has better pharmacological activity than ethanol extract.
