摘  要:目的研究中药十大功劳在小鼠体内的抗氧化作用。方法用不同浓度十大功劳水煎液喂养小鼠4周,眼眶取血,用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)试剂盒和丙二醛(MDA)试剂盒测定小鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与对照组比较,喂药组小鼠血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低。结论十大功劳在小鼠体内具有抗氧化作用,能升高血清SOD的活性,降低血清过氧化脂质产物MDA的含量。Objective:To study the antioxidative effect of mahonia. Methods: The mice were fed with Mahonia water decoction in different concentrations for four weeks ,the blood samples from the orbit were collected and the SOD( Superoxide Dismatase) activity and M DA(Malondialdehyde) content serum of mice were measured by using SOD kit & M DA kit. Results:Compared with the control group ,the SOD activity in serum in the experiment groups was inereased, the MDA content was decreased, Conclusion: Mahonia has antioxidative effect by inereasing the SOD activity of serum and lowering the content of serum lipid peroxidation product MDA.
