扁担杆提取物体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究药用植物扁担杆乙醇提取物的抑菌活性,寻找抗菌活性成分。方法制备扁担杆乙醇提取物及其不同极性溶剂萃取物,采用液体两倍稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、β-溶血性链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌实验。结果扁担杆乙醇提取物及其不同极性溶剂萃取物对上述6种细菌生长均有一定抑制作用,其中对β-溶血性链球菌的抑制作用最强,正丁醇萃取物对上述6种菌的抑制活性最好。结论扁担杆乙醇提取物有较强的抑菌活性,值得进一步研究开发。Objective To study the antibacterial activities of extracts from Grewia biloba and find active components. Methods Double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） of the extracts of Grewia biloba against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli , Pseudomonus aeruginosa, β - Hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus citreus. Results The extracts of Grewia biloba could obviously inhibit the growth of all the above six bacteria, especially β -Hemolytic streptococcus and the n - butanol extract showed the best antibacterial activity. Conclusion The extracts of Grewia biloba have obvious antibacterial activity and are worth further studying.
