疏肝健脾活血法对肝郁大鼠影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝健脾活血法对肝郁大鼠子宫、卵巢、性激素水平的影响。方法采用夹尾法建立肝郁动物模型,采用光镜观察组织学改变,测定子宫重量,观察雌二醇(E2),孕酮(P)的变化。结果疏肝健脾活血法能增加肝郁大鼠子宫重量,提高大鼠体内E2,P的含量,并能改善子宫、卵巢的病理改变。结论疏肝健脾活血法对肝郁大鼠提高性激素水平有一定的治疗作用,增加子宫重量。Objective To investigate the effects of dispersing stagnated liver - qi, invigorating spleen and promoting blood circulation method on rats with stagnation of liver qi. Methods The stagnation of liver qi model was induced by clamping tail. The change of histology was observed by light microscope, and the weight of uterus and the changes of E2 and P were determined. Results The dispersing stagnated liver- qi ,invigorating spleen and promoting blood circulation method could enhance the weight of uterus and enchance the expression of E2 and P in the body, and improve the pathological changes of uterus and ovary. Conclusion Dispersing stagnated liver - qi, invigorating spleen and promoting blood circulation method has some therapeutic action on enchancement of level of gonadal hormone of stagnation of liver qi and weight of uterus.
