摘  要:目的建立油茶果皮中多元酚的富集工艺。方法油茶果皮用60%丙酮-水提取,醋酸乙酯萃取后,流经D101型大孔吸附树脂,然后用不同浓度乙醇梯度洗脱,最后紫外分光光度法测定多元酚含量。结果60%丙酮-水提取物中多元酚含量为20.17%,萃取后含量达到30.6%,用30%乙醇进行洗脱,此组分含量可达45%。结论此工艺用于油茶果皮中多元酚的富集操作简单、效果好。Objective To establish a processing method for enriching polyphenol from CameUia oleifera Abel peel by Macroporous Resin that D101. Methods The peel of Camellia oleifera Abel was extracted by 60% Acetone - H2O and fracted by ethyl acethe. Gradient alcohol elution was used to elute the components absorpted on macroporous resin and their contents were determined by spectrophotometry, Results The extraction of 60% Acetone - H2O was very good and the polyphenol was gathered in 40% alcohol. The content of polyphenol was 45%. Conclusion The processing technology can be used to enrich polyphenol from Camellia oleifera Abel peel.
