摘  要:目的研究大豆苷元(daidzein,DD)对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠靶器官脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄术制备大鼠实验模型。将大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、模型组、DD(30,60,120 mg.kg-1)治疗组。给药4周后处死大鼠,测量大鼠脑、肾、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果与模型组比较,DD能使大鼠脑、肾、肝组中MDA含量显著降低,SOD及GSH-PX活性显著升高。结论腹主动脉缩窄术能引起大鼠脑、肾、肝脏异常的脂质过氧化状态,DD可以减轻脑、肾、肝脏脂质过氧化损伤作用。Objective To study the influence of daidzein on lipid - peroxidation of target - organ in rats with abdominal aorta constriction. Methods The model rats were prepared by abdominal aorta constriction. The operated rats were divided into sham operated control group , aorta- constricted model group and three DD groups ( 30,60,120 mg· kg^- 1 ). After four week treatment, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH- PX ) in brain, kidney and liver of all rats were measured. Results Compared with aorta - constricted model group, DD could significantly decrease the content of MDA and increase the activities of SOD and GSH - PX respectively in brain, kidney and liver in rats. Conclusion Abdominal aorta constriction can result in peroxidation in rat, and DD can alleviate the body lesion caused by peroxidation.
