高效液相色谱法测定妇科得生胶囊中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立妇科得生胶囊的含量测定方法。方法采用Alltim—C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（13：87）；流速1mL／min；检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在0．0155～0．155mg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9997（n=6）。平均回收率为99．11％，RSD=1．35％（n=6）。结论该法操作快速、准确，可作为妇科得生胶囊的质量控制方法：Objective To establish a method for the determination of content in Fuke Desheng capsules. Methods Alltim - C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm） column was used in HPLC with mobile phase MeOH -0. 1% Acetic acid （13： 87 ）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0. 0155 - 0. 155 mg/ml, r = 0. 999 7 （ n = 6）. The average recovery was 99.11%, RSD = 1.35% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate. It can be applied to determining Fuke Desheng Capsules.
