猪蹄甲与穿山甲消痈排脓作用比较的实验研究

摘　　要：目的比较猪蹄甲、穿山甲对肠痈大鼠的的消痈排脓作用。方法通过结扎大鼠部分阑尾,缝合相邻的肠管制备阑尾脓肿大鼠模型,比较观察穿山甲和猪蹄甲高、中、低剂量对脓肿直径、脓肿称重、病理组织学和血液流变学等指标的影响。结果猪蹄甲、穿山甲均能使肠痈脓肿缩小、局限,而具有抗炎或促使炎症修复作用,减轻脓肿大鼠黏、浓的血液流变学改变,与模型组比较(P<0.01或0.05),猪蹄甲高剂量和穿山甲均能减轻炎症反应或促使炎症修复,且猪蹄甲高剂量组与穿山甲组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论猪蹄甲与穿山甲都具有排脓消痈作用,为寻找穿山甲药材的替代品获得了初步的研究资料。Objective To study the effect of drainage of pus and dissolving carbuncle of Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus and Sus scrofa domestic Brisson on acute appendicitis rats, Methods Acute appendicitis rats model was copied accoding to literature. The average diameter, wet weight, and pathological histology of carbuncle, phagocytic function of leucocyte, and hemorheology, in high, middle, and low dosages groups of Sus scrofadomestic Brisson and in that of Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus were observed. Results Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus and Sus scrofa domestic Brisson both could diminish the area of abscess（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, relieve the state of sticking and spiss of hemorheology, improve the phagocytic function of leucocyte, relieve acute inflammation and promote acute inflammation transformating to chronic inflammation in abscess tissue and no obvious significance showed between Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus and Sus scrofa domestic Brisson in all indexes above （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Both Manis pentadactyla and sus scrofa domestic have the effect of dratinage of pus and dissolving calbuncle.
