摘  要:目的比较不同年份新会陈皮总黄酮和橙皮苷含量的变化规律。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定陈皮总黄酮的含量;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定陈皮中橙皮苷的含量。结果不同年份新会陈皮贮存期越长,总黄酮含量和橙皮苷含量越高。结论总黄酮是陈皮有效成分之一,橙皮苷则是陈皮总黄酮的主要成分,实验结果验证古人所述陈皮"陈久者良"有一定的道理。Objective To compare the total flavone and the hesperidin contents from different specific years in dried tangerine peel paoduced in Xinhui. Methods The content of total flavone from bangerine peel was determined by UV - spectrophotometry, and the content of Hesperidin was assayed by HPLC. Results The longer the storing time is the higher the content of effective constituents of total flavone and hesperidin is. Conclusion Total flavone is one of the effective constituents in dried tangerine peel and hesperidin is a main component in total flavone. The experimental result explains the people saying "the older the better".
