摘  要:目的研究灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠衰老的改善作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射120mg/kg D-半乳糖48d制备衰老模型,通过小鼠学习/记忆能力及胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的脏器指数的测定,评价灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠衰老的作用。结果D-半乳糖明显引起小鼠衰老症状,与空白对照组相比,D-半乳糖组小鼠(120mg/kg,ip,47-48d)学习/记忆能力显著降低,胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的脏器指数也明显异常改变。5,10和20mg/kg灯盏花素不同程度地改善D-半乳糖引起小鼠上述衰老症状。结论灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠学习记忆障碍有明显的改善作用。Objective To study the improving effects of breviscapine (Bre) on aging induced by D - galactose in mice. Methods The aging model of mice was made by introperitoneal injection of 120 mg/kg D - galactose for 48 d, The anti- aging effects of Bre were evaluated by the learning and memory ability, thymus,spleen and testicle index measurements, Results D -galactose( 120 mg/kg, ip, 47 -48 d) significantly resulted in the senescent symptoms in mice, Compared with control group, the D -galactose mice could decrease learning and induce the memory ability, and induce the abnormal changes of thymus, spleen and testicle index. 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg Bre significantly improved the above abnormal alterations in different degree induced by D - galactose. Conclusion Bre has significant improving effects on memory deficits induced by D - galactose in mice.
