省域控制点图形图像数据库的构建

摘　　要：为了满足大区域控制点综合管理时针对多领域的需求,实现数据的共享,所面临的坐标系统、属性结构、投影带、行政辖区、影像重叠区等问题,采用省域控制点图形图像数据库建立的案例分析.省域控制点图形图像数据库存储了控制点的属性、空间位置、图形图像等多项信息,叠合了行政辖区、原始影像、接合图表、投影带等信息,为全国土地二次调查工作的开展提供宝贵的资料和经验.The purpose of the study is to explore the problems of reference frame, attribute structure, projection, district, image overlap and so on, which general management of large area＇s GCP faces with, in order to meet the many needs and realize information sharing. The method of case analysis, on which the provincial GCP database is founded, is employed. The result is that the database stores GCP information of attributes, position, graphics, etc; it superimposes district, original images, splice charts, projection and so on; and it provides the valuable information and experience for the second national land survey.
