摘 要:目的:以总黄酮为指标,优化超声波提取田七黄酮的最佳工艺条件,测定广西田七不同部位黄酮含量。方法:运用正交设计筛选超声提取参数,以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果:采用φ(C_2H_6O)=70%为溶剂,预先浸泡2 h,超声波提取3次,每次40 min,以固液比为1:20为最佳超声提取工艺。并测定田七中不同部位黄酮含量,分别为根茎1.394 mg/g,主根0.646 mg/g,侧根0.785 mg/g,须根0.982 mg/g。结论:超声波提取工艺简便,方法可行;不同部位黄酮含量差异较大,根茎含量最高,侧根和须根其次,而主根含量最低。Objective: To establish the optimized process of the total flavone extraction in Panax notoginseng (Tianqi) by ultrasonic wave technique, and to determinate the total flavone content. Methods: The extraction conditions with ultrasonic wave were studied by orthogonal design and the content of flavone was determined by the NaNO2- Al(NO3) 3-NaOH colorimetric method. Results: The optimique process of the technique was: the ratio of[S]/[L] 1 : 20, the extraction time 40 min and extracted 3 times with φ(C2H6O) = 70%. The flavone content of rhizome, taproot, secondary root and fibre root was 1.394 mg/g, 0.646 mg/g, 0.785 mg/g and 0.982 mg/g respectively. Conclusion: the ultrasonic wave extraction technique of flavone is convenient and the content of the total flavone in Panax notoginseng in Guangxi province was different in different parts: rhizome was the highest and taproot was the lowest.
