摘　　要：目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌在ICU的耐药性,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据。方法:收集2006年7月- 2007年6月ICU重症感染44株鲍曼不动杆菌药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低,分别为6.82%,9.09%和11.36%。鲍曼不动杆菌对3类和4类抗生素的多重耐药率均超过50%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌是目前ICU感染重要的条件致病菌,其多重耐药率高,应引起临床高度重视。Objective： To find out the antibiotic resistance ofAcinetobacter baumannii in ICU and to provide strategies for prevention and treatment. Methods： Drug resistances of 44 Acinetobacter baumannii during July 2006 and June 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The rate of drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to Imipenem, Meropenem and Cefoperazone/Sulbactam was the lowest （6.82 %, 9.09 %, 11.36 %）. The rate of multidrug resistance to 3 groups and 4 groups of antibiotics was 〉50%. Conclusion： Acinetobacter baumannii is a major emerging opportunistic pathogen in ICU, which shows an increasing multidrug resistance with important clinical impact.
