静脉肾盂造影对与肾盂相通的肾囊肿诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉肾盂造影(IVP)、CT与B超检查对与肾盂相通的肾囊肿的诊断价值。方法:对2002年1月至2005年1月我院经IVP、CT和B超诊断的肾囊肿28例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:与肾盂相通的肾囊肿IVP发现6例(21.43%),CT发现1例(3.57%),B超未发现(0%),与肾盂相通的肾囊肿患者IVP检出率明显高于CT、B超(P<0.05)。结论:IVP能明显提高与肾盂相通的肾囊肿患者IVP检出率,对于要进行治疗的肾囊肿患者,必须要进行IVP检查,了解肾囊肿是否与肾盂相通的。Objective： To investigate diagnostic value of intravenous urography （IVP）, CT and type- B ultrasonic on renal cyst communicate with pelvis. Methods：28 cases with renal cyst who underwent IVP, CT and type- B ultrasonic in our hospital were analyzed respectively. Results：6 cases（21.43%） with renal cyst communicated with pelvis were found by VIP, 1 case（3.57% ） was found by CT, and （0% ） was found by type - B ultrasonic. Detection rate of VIP on renal cyst communicated with pelvis was higher than that of CT and type- B ultrasonic （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：The cetection rate of VIP is high on the patients with renal cyst communicated with pelvis, so the cases with renal cyst who will receive the treatment must undergo IVP to rule out the renal cyst communicate with pelvis renalis.
